Ela is in the unique position of having played both offense and defense in the cybersecurity field, giving her extensive insight into the challenges faced by security analysts today. Also, as part of being a data scientist in a matrix organization, she led cross-functional teams to collaborate using effective data-driven KPIs and OKRs.
Ela brings over 12 years of software engineering and data science experience in NLP, complex ranking, chatbots and security. She is an 8200 alumna, where her project was awarded Israel’s National Defense Prize.
